Any idea on how to find the buyers of those properties?

Is it a good idea to hire a realtor to help me find an apartment to invest in?

So if you're kind of on the fence for this idea and could be nudged either way, that's food for thought. :)

I have nearly all of my closing costs accounted for but am missing the estimated Title company's escrow fees and other recorded fees, which are split 50/50 with the seller.Could anyone help me get an idea as to how much this would cost?

If nothing else, I learned how to do just about everything as far as renovations go, and now can walk in to any property in the area and have a general idea of what I am getting myself in to and the costs of the rehab.A few takeaways from this project:1. 

I like the idea of owning the dirt and utilities but not the headache of the houses. 

I will share information and great ideas that I always come up with.

I generally think it is a bad idea for someone with a license to participate in wholesaling.

If not, you may have little or no idea of the quality of what you're investing in).
