It’s located in Redlands California I have gone to the city and spoken to the planning department and, I seem to meet all the criteria of what I am trying to split Just hoping that someone might have some more guidance or information on how to do this correctly and what the cost might be associated with this project.

For example, Stockton, CA specifically prohibits container storage in commercial zone but permits in industrial.

Depending on the potential tax ramifications and the mood of the buyer who outbid him he may be able to visit the new owner of one of the now "unavailable" properties. 

We have represented numerous Buyers within Palm Springs MSA and all of southern California and they frown on pools in apartments of 4 units or less.   

And then there are lots of standard CA mortgage contract templates out there... just make sure your lawyer writes in every clause and snag to protect yourself.

I would ask the seller for the plans and stop by the planning depot and and visit the building depot and have them give you an estimate.They can give you resources to the city fee schedule you might be able to find it on the website.Fee schedule
