I never plan on selling them.They generate tax free income because these are in a ROTH, the taxes I would have paid in this income vs the tax write offs are severely in my favor.I can pull monthly tax free money out of this account, never run out of money as I can pull thousands of dollars in just incoming rent out.

When you refinance after a few years this is no longer necessary and the appraisal can be much higher.The regulations for selling before 10 years only mean that you will be taxed if its held privately but with the BRRRR strategy you don't sell, you just refinance.

Most likely if you rent it, it will not cash flow to cover the mortgage so you could still be losing money every month.IT would be good to compare what options is better for you.
