The parks I've seen that are more successful have a spread out configuration and home owners rather than renters.  

If it's money, perhaps negotiate (a very little bit) if it was a really killer deal to begin with.Secondly, speak with your attorney about recording (county recorder) a memorandum regarding the contract of sale. 

That may trigger the property manager to reach out and negotiate a settlement because they don't want the state digging into their books.

It was a whirlwind of success that felt like a dream come true.However, as quickly as the accolades came, they faded away into a haze of uncertainty and struggle that persisted for the next two and a half years.
