I've been a study of Dodd Frank since 2014 while being just a student at best getting a C often times a D in that class I can offer these comments:- What other parks are doing does not mean they know what is legal!!!  

If you want to get the most out of your depreciation deductions you should have a cost segregation study done on the property which will identify assets for accelerated depreciation which significantly reduces your tax liability.

I just got into Ethereum mining as well (though my brother is doing all the work there really), and I have been employing machine learning / AI models to study the market in Ålesund.

I'd like to learn along the way, so it would be great if the investor could be a bit of a mentor rather than expecting me to be a purely passive investor.To educate myself further, I have also been searching for affordable home-study courses that will help me understand non-performing 1sts and performing 1sts + selling partials better.

I have been researching and studying real estate investing for the past 6months.

True, i have been studying the pre-foreclosure list for a while now and each day i learn something new.

Completed it with a 3.98 and learned WAY more about business from actually being in business instead of those who studied it.  

Hi @Jose Hooker glad to hear that the material on the test is what I studied in the pre-licensing course.

Bottom line is this, everyone wants a piece of the pie, study the numbers and be ready to walk away if they do not make financial sense.
