There will be blood in the streets for commercial -- it didn't really happen as it should have back in 2012.

Doesn't matter to me what people are selling I love the funny stuff.One of the best commercials is the Dollar Shave Club commercial where the guy is in the drug store trying to buy razors & he gets punched after pressing the button on the counter.You should shoot both commercials & post them on BP for the members to vote for the best one.

But the best buyers I have found have been either through street signs or Craig's List.

Now I tell them it has to be apples to apples not apples to prunes.2) We need a true General Contractor's estimate of repairs not Bob down the street who works full time and does construction part time on the weekends.3) We tell them to take a video at the property while the contractor is there explaining what ideas or complications need to be resolved.Now once we get that we can make an informed decision within a few hours.

I went through a small town near where I live and looked at every street and house that was older  (1910-1930) that needs TLC.

It's not as simple as not knowing and someone saying the corner of A and B streets is good, buy there.

@Ryan Billingsley , I believe most, but not necessarily all, post offices will offer that street addressing.  

I think that the house is one of the few with 4 dedicated parking spaces (The rest have on street parking) and a larger back yard seems to help with the price premium.
