Why is the speed limit 65 and not 66, or 100, or 1?   

Yes Weebly and those cheap website builders are easy to set sites up and the designs can be pretty... but they focus on ease and speed of setup not on performance and results.

It's just being able to pull all that together with costs in a very short amount of time so I can put in bids with the speed required to be competitive around here.Thanks!

I think it's just a speed limiter to scale. 

For us, I am always up for moving and love house hacking, so we are using the personal home HELOC to make some improvements to the personal home to put an apartment in and rent it out.A family member paid off her home, put a 1st lien HELOC on it, planning to pay cash for a rental for speed and ease of transaction, refinance, then recycle the funds acting as her own "hard money" on BRRR projects. 

This is also not a case where my attorney sucks, it is an abnormal case where the occupant has used every means to use the system to his advantage, has had extreme luck in timelines and getting court schedules rescheduled causing many, many delays.My court appearance later this month will bring the new judge up to speed and my trial date starts at the end of February.

My understanding is that Speed to Lead is a big deal and for any prospective seller who decides to fill out a form and set up an appointment with you should be contacted within a few minutes to hours.  

Attending local meetups is a great way to do this, but for me, listening to BiggerPockets on double speed was a great way to learn how other investors think and get familiar with a broad array of strategies and concepts.

We had enough turn over that it was like speed dating for tenant management.
