I want to get my license for investment purposes (I know I don't need one, but I want one for access to more information), but I don't want to have to work for a broker.

Our transfer fees, title fees, etc. responsibilities will be the standard defaults. 

Once you rent the house your responsibility is maintenance and repair of items that are not reasonably the responsibility of the tenant.

Their response is unacceptable and illegal, IMO.One other workaround would be to create a listing: hopefully since it's the same address it should trigger an "online" intervention from them to turn over that address to you and hopefully close the other listing.

Perhaps I'm just feeling a little over ambitious (which is customary since I don't often fail at things... lol Thanks in advance everyone, the support and responses here are invaluable.

PS landlord tenant court is a complete joke. if you have the keys to any vacant apartment in this city you can walk in and just sit down without ever seeing the owner and the owner will have to go through 6 months of court to get you out because the city doesnt want more homeless people so they dump the responsibility on building owners!
