HOA's have to follow their own by-laws or have them amended. 

This morning I’d gone over to the property to meet a contractor to follow up on some repairs cited in a recent Sec. 8 inspection.

Does anyone have recommendations for realtors in the following cities, Phoenix AZ, San Diego, and Central New Jersey?

They may try to pull and fast one and charge you for the meter replacement but push back on them hard if they do. 

I have 6 lots in the same location so all it takes is for one lot to sell at the price I want and the other 5 will follow.

However, I'm finding it difficult to increase my calls and consistently make 2-3 hours of calls a day while keeping my day job, and I need to be making more calls to get more deals as I find myself spending most of my time with follow up calls. 

@Mindy Jensen or @Brandon Turner, does something need to happen to push the podcast episodes to Google Play?
