I tried something similar to this when I put LVT in and could not get it to fit properly per the directions. 

I’d consider moving especially If you have job prospects in the new community, and I’d certainly recommend researching it well before considering moving there in terms of life style, outdoor activities, night life, schools if you have or may have children, travel accessibility (highways, airports) sports teams if this is important to you, etc.

From my understanding so far, an LLC is helpful in that it offers tax advantages and asset protection (if handled properly).

I just really want a guests stay to be easy while suiting their lifestyle without giving them an opportunity to try everything kitchen gadget in Target.

Living in the Chicagoland area, multifamily units in Chicago proper are an investor's go-to but I don't necessarily want to deal with Chicago/Cook taxes and duplex/multifamily building stock is dramatically lower in the suburbs so might go single family home in DuPage or Will.

Nothing to do with the value of the future property.. the value of the future property is only useful in determining how much of the gain you are able to defer if you properly executed a 1031 exchange.Just make sure you look into this and OZ opportunities "before" you sell your next property!!!!

Because of it being commercial and a number of units, I am doing much diligence with attorneys and lender to make sure everything gets put in place prior to offer/closing to ensure all is set up properly before go time.

The problem right now is too many people are getting too much free money and free benefits from the government and they are quite content with that lifestyle.
