Maybe even some desert friendly plants/cactus to give it visual appeal - things that don't require maintenance perhaps? 

They should be held accountable for their actions, but unfortunately, it's not just them who are suffering the consequences.

Hi @Gree Raj congratulations on diversifying outside of TX.With the new Taiwan Semiconductor plant debuting in NW Phoenix, also spurring the growth of supplier companies, I would look at Peoria and North Phoenix along the Loop 303 corridor (west) as long-term LTR opportunities.

With the Real Estate market suffering, investors are worried about their money and are making decisions to remove their funds from banks like FRC.

There are a lot of recent catalytic developments going on there (soccer stadium, Olympic museum) and there could potentially be big changes in the future (demoing coal plant).

I am suffering from a tenant inherited from my recent property.

I’m curious how much occupancy would suffer if we force renters to go through more hoops.

And I don't think it would mean you would suffer much on bookings (i.e., if you have a great place, especially with a view, and you manage it super well, you'll be booked year round).

And hopefully Monaca/Center if development starts to happen there because of the cracker plant.
