Tesla Inc. appears to be on the verge of a major expansion of its huge factory in eastern Travis County, with recent filings indicating the Elon Musk-led company intends to add 5 million square feet to it — a 50% increase from its current size of 10 million square feet.

I have a pretty big chunk of cash sitting on the sidelines that I would love to deploy to start building long term generational wealth. 

I have an ozone machine on hand, and if there is no same-day check-in, then it's easy to solve usually. 

There is a billboard on site with lease in place. 2.5 acres total with outdoor parking and room for expansion.

I got creative with coming up with money (401k up to 50k, 0% interest for a year credit card loans and lines of credit loans from banks).

This was a perfect set up as it had a walk out basement/separate unit with 2 beds/1 bath and a kitchenette.
