Today I got online and the house disappeared!!!

I work full time, is it wise to take pre licensing courses online.

@Michael Borger I've found some abandoned looking houses in my neighborhood in Honolulu and have looked at the property taxes online.

You just don't have easy online or convenient access.First, I'd get the principal in a mindset of 'salvaging' something and pushing all risk and time into her side of the transaction.Then, you can schlep down to the courthouse or send a courier or attorney service and get copies of original file, or at least the critical Order.

I've been looking online for a good portion of the morning. $289 is the most economic I could find, while others wanted 500+... 

I’m also in the process of studying online to get my real estate license to help in the process.I’m interested in meeting people in this area and in the Northern ID / Eastern WA areas. 

The site was born (by me) on the premise of creating a supportive environment unlike any other online.  

I was able to get a Federal Tax ID online and then opened bank accounts/credit cards in the name of the consulting business, all off of my personal credit report (although I remain responsible for them, it helps to have some debts/credit cards off your personal credit report).

It's just like endurance running and other sports - there is no growth in the comfort zone, push past it and that's where the real magic happens.

Also, both tenants pay online now, rather than driving 30 miles into the previous management company location.
