Hi, I called my local zoning officials (Ephrata Boro) to ask about a property I was interested in, and the possibility of converting it into a duplex.

Either way though, I am now a home owner and the journey has officially started.

If the trust doesn't own them yet, why the announcement or paying for demolition.

I officially fired the contractor this week.
