I have noticed anyone and everyone in South Florida thinks they should get a real estate license; I would be a proponent of making it much more difficult to et a license, maybe resulting in individuals getting a license as a career choice, not a weekend whim.

As always, check with an attorney for your specific needs and make sure the foreclosure process is performed with all services and notices property performed and documented in the special proceedings file... per the process defined in your state's laws.

Further, auction buyers as a real property owner have a statutory right of notice to a senior's foreclosure, which starts the clock of redemption that must be afforded or that owner can contest the foreclosure all together.

Some of you might be following the deal diary thread my business partner @Bill Labrecque and I started for our 2-family flip in Southington, Connecticut here on BP.After closing we noticed that in the 2-car detached garage the property has there was an "All Nighter" Wood Stove in what was otherwise a completely empty and clean space.
