Further, auction buyers as a real property owner have a statutory right of notice to a senior's foreclosure, which starts the clock of redemption that must be afforded or that owner can contest the foreclosure all together.

I suggest the first action you take is to first get some more education, then get a plan, then take action to implement the plan, in that order.You might have noticed that wholesaling is lot harder than they tell you in the seminars and books at the library.

Some of you might be following the deal diary thread my business partner @Bill Labrecque and I started for our 2-family flip in Southington, Connecticut here on BP.After closing we noticed that in the 2-car detached garage the property has there was an "All Nighter" Wood Stove in what was otherwise a completely empty and clean space.

according to the Non-Residential/Residential Landlord and Tenant  ActsIf  a  tenant  abandons,  surrenders  possession  of,  or  is  evicted  from  nonresidential  rental  property  and  leaves  goods,  furnishings,  fixtures,  or  any  other  personal  property  on  the  premises  of  the nonresidential  rental  property,  the  landlord  may  take  possession  of  the  personal  property  ten  (10) days  after  the  tenant  receives  personal  service  of  notice  or  fifteen  (15)  days  after  notice  is  mailed, whichever  is  latest,  and  if  the  personal  property  has  no  ascertainable  or  apparent  value,  the  landlord may  dispose  of  the  personal  property  in  a  reasonable  commercial  manner.
