One of those freind's haS his own business but, unfortunately, he is in an oil-related business and has been effected with that problem in the oil business.  

For Galveston county I would say a lot depends on what the oil and gas do next year.  

I increased my income at the same time by taking risk in my profession, I am a Safety Consultant for the Oil & Gas and Industrial Construction Industries.

Hardest thing about our market is the drastic swings it takes following the oil & gas and coal industries.

Now it is a well oiled machine and all operations are scientific not guesstimates.

I'm a just oil confused about the wholesaling ...  

If there is a storage building, or perhaps a unique storage system pole barn used at lumber yards to stack materials, concrete oil pits or a communications tower fixed to the property then the construction or replacement approach would be favored for those improvements.

We then acknowledge that insurance is the archer in the watch tower, or the knights with the boiling oil, that attempt to keep nasty things like liability claims, fire, windstorms and other catastrophes at bay.

I can't speak to the Milwaukee market, however Houston has obviously slowed down due to all of the concerns with the price of oil.
