It can get exhausting working in Healthcare at times and I plan to have the extra cash to have more family time.   

The pollutant from auto exhaust is a heath concern along 200-400 ft away.

I'd highly consider index funds (takes zero mental bandwidth) over real estate (takes mental bandwidth and includes people into the equation) and continuing with E-commerce.

GC's just have a very hard time with this waiting mentality because their guys have to be paid weekly.

Provide value and have a mentality of wanting to hep others and people will naturally flock to you and want to help you succeed.

Especially when your family is ALL the "get a job and work your whole life for someone else" mentality.

This mentality finally made sense to me after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.. 

This is why practically everyone who has ever been raised broke and yet has managed to scrape some money together in their lives dislikes the lottery and the mentality of people who play regularly, to say nothing of the vermin in office who think it's good public policy.
