I’ve already made a scale diagram of the house floor plans by hand, but was hoping to use a diagramming application to make it look more professional, with more exact measurements/scaling.I realize that’s a lot to toss out there, so whatever responses people might have to any of those bullet points would be really appreciated.

There's a lot to comment on here. 

I had structural engineer and (as I expected) it would cost a lot to make redo it to mid century.

There will probably be a lot to weed through.There's no cost and you can do it in minutes.

If we really buckled down and focused, we could earn much more but it does get to be a lot to track.There's more to it.

I haven't seen too many lists that suggest West Palm is a great investment opportunity, but the city has a lot to offer and they are promoting to the vacationers. 

I pointed out things like the pet and yard waste, because frankly it was very difficult to judge the scope of work they had yet to do because there was A LOT to be done.
