New member from Salt Lake City Utah!

My intentions are to do a flip in the next 6 months in my own backyard here in Lake County, Illinois.  

I am an investor from Salt Lake City, Utah. 

I do run into some off markets up in the Salt Lake area every now and then, and would love to pass some on to you when I see them!

My wife and I are trying to break in to the real estate game and we have local investors, we have liquid cash we could use, and we also own a lot in a wooded area with deeded access to a large lake in Wisconsin on Lake Petenwell.

I'm looking for a real estate attorney who can help me with setting up my LLC as well as drawing up agreements with private money investors. I live in the NW suburbs of Chicago. Any recommendations?

A neighbor knocking on the door of a homeowner asking him if he wants to sell his house to him might not fall under the category of a foreclosure prevention company but then again, it wouldn't be the first time someone got sued for a stupid reason/allegation.

The 10 day (10 business days, but usually it's 3 weeks before the CT gets created/recorded) period is for appeal, and an action alleging an improper foreclosure proceeding.  

Major developments in the area and it overlooks Denver's largest city lake.
