Join local groups on other social media, like Facebook.Each area/State has investor groups that allow you to be easily added to active wholeseller's lists in the area - also a good opportunity to check out what the locals are talking about and who is utilizing which PM's/contractor teams/realtors etc.Best of luck to you!

I joined Keller Williams in 2015 and before that I was with Coldwell Banker. 

I will say I've learned a LOT about the industry that I didn't expect having already been an investor and purchased a couple houses personally.You can do it part time (make no mistake, it is WORK), that's exactly the reason I joined the brokerage that I did - allows me to train, get support, and work outside of normal work hours. 

Since this is my first post I wanted to keep it brief, but I am looking forward to joining the community and engaging with all of you!

I live in Miami and would love to create or join a group of people in the area that are passionate about real estate.

As far as the REI meetups, I've looked into it and considered joining but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. 

There are a lot of Facebook groups that are very helpful join the “sub 30 mastermind” group and the “make real estate real “group on Facebook both of these groups are full of information and people that will answer any questions and are very helpful without trying to sale you anything.
