They texted us 1 week later saying that this was their last month - 25 day notice - it is written in the lease that there is a 60-day noticeThey left and gave us no information and since then they haven't answered any calls or textsThe trashed the place, have two outstanding water bills ($150), left trash in the apartment that I had to get a clean out crew, destroyed the walls, damaged kitchen cabinets, left spilled food in freezer, didn't pay for the missing rent, missed two trash payments, etcBeing in the business I have to admit this is not the worst thing in the world.

Several universities and hospitals bringing in jobs, a downtown area that’s being revitalized, and a decent array of shopping and fast food choices.

Found some new spots I never knew of and there are some good food and activities.I use to go as a kid since I grew up in the Bay Area and one of my friends parents had a vacation home there.Murphy's is a good spot to be around.Collin

Pest Control should be specifically acknowledged by Tenants, especially if they have ANY food/meds within their BR.I recommend avoiding Terminix at ALL costs.

It's a business for them, it's how they pay the light bill and put food on the table.
