All new new drywall and paint in a 4000 sq ft home, flooring, replaced all plumbing and upgraded electrical, new siding and garage doors, 4.5 updated bathrooms, kitchen remodel with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, many windows replaced, we kept as much original trim and doors as possible, upgraded the staircase with fashionable stainless steel cable system.

We are going through the process of buying a property and it has concrete floors- there are areas of wear and tear that have caused black marks and smudges(for lack of better term) on the floor- any ideas on the causes and recommendations on fixing?

I have some that are newer, but they were poorly insulated in the floors so a downstairs tenant can hear the upstairs tenant close their refrigerator, have a phone conversation, or make babies.

The quick math tells you you have 6000 ft per floor so 60x100 works for 18 units and 8000 ft per floor for 24 units or 80x100 so your actual dimension will depend on site constraints.
