Chris is right....Save your $$$I attended it some time ago as I was a HUGE fan to the Rich Dad series. ( I still am) Sadly I was left with a sour taste in the mouth.

I work a day job and flip on the side so my time in finding is limited in finding offline deals.Maybe I'm just ranting but I've always had a bad taste in my mouth with wholesalers because I see it as a quick, middle man way to earn a profit?

I would expect you to do some sort of credit check on me and would have been much happier using something like smartmove.

I will admit that I am new to wholesaling and after reading these responses, I can understand why wholesalers can leave a bad taste in someone's mouth.

Do it on your own, you will be much happier and you will still have someone to send Christmas cards to!

When they pay $1800 for that same apartment they're happier, friendlier, less demanding (my experience).
