As you can imagine, it is an awesome opportunity for me to binge read countless books and listen to an insane amount of podcasts in a very short amount of time, relatively speaking (8-10 hours a day can really knock out a good chunk of if not an entire book, perhaps two).

Followed those up with some motivational/self help reads that aren’t focused on REI and now I’m onto more real estate specific like Long Distance REI and The Book on Rental Property Investing.

I look at:- Revenue/Profit by Channel to understand most valuable channel- Revenue/Profit By Month to understand seasonality- Booking Lead time to understand behaviours -- important to know to determine ideal time to drop prices- Days booked/month and average daily rate/monthI'll update if I start mining others
