@Mark Sewell - I agree with @Aaron Taylor, if you got 307 click-through to your landing page, I would expect that you should get at least a few leads, so I would split test/optimize your landing page design and offer. 

There are companies out there that will lend you the money for a couple grand.

My top strategy now is an ADU conversion or home addition that I could design for STR (separate kitchen, bathroom, etc.).

Understand the goal and design the path to get there.

We have design ques we always try to implement that we will definitely apply here.

Kent MI for example, home to Grand Rapids, charges a quarter per record per year, and this is before they get filtered by amount owed and years delinquent.

Since this is one property, it may not be a big impact in the grand scheme of things.
