We'll have fun and all that as well, but the idea is that we keep the meetup limited to people who are ready to bring something valuable to the deal right now.

Hi @Brian WendroffJust for fun I looked in the MLS (not even tapping in to my fsbos, wholesalers etc) and in Orlando at least a 3/2 SFH or Townhouse under 200K there are 311 listings lol...this is just Orlando zips...not even tapped in to outlying areas like Maitland, Kissimmee, Altamonte etc.

If they refuse spit in their coffee when they are not watching and take a picture of that green brown yellow loogie floating in their coffee, and when they finished drinking it, ask for their number, then run away and once you are in your car send them a pic (or video even better) of that monster loogie and them drinking and chewing on that fat slimy loogie and then say in the text, if you only had given me their info.

These are always fun debates, and yes I know there is not necessarily a right answer as this is very situational, but I thought it would be fun to come to the table with some extra ammunition this year. 

I just joined about two week ago and having a lot of fun joining some of the discussions.  

This will make it extra fun for them to decide how to send out their violations and to whom.
