Lending home is the only one of the national HML that I found willing to lend to an individual, but even they require an LLC in some states

Although I'm looking to buy multifamilies, I found myself in a situation where I need to buy a personal home. 

I like west side suburbs like Parma Parma heights.i tried to go to the area like Lakewood and Strongsville but never found a good deal. you will get better yield on eastside but my preference is west.2) Pro/cons of single family vs duplex vs quadplex in these areas?

I have been eager to get involved in it for a while and think I might have found a deal that will work.

We thought we found the right partner.
