Sold Mobile Home but Lot Rent Still in my Name

I'm new to this... so I sold my mobile home that is in a mobile home park a year ago. She paid me and I gave her a bill of sale and the title. The new owner's application with the mobile park office was denied after we made that transaction and she told me it was because she was new to the area and therefore unemployed at that time. I recently found out that her application will never be approved because she has a felony. I know now that I should have had the application process done first before selling the mobile home to her. The lot rental is still in my name. My question is: how do I get the lot rental out of my name. I spoke to the office and they told me that they will not take my name off the lease. Is there anything that I can do at this point?
