No offense or trolling meant for the ghetto comment - just what comes to mind and appears super cheap - looks like something you'd find around here in a 1970's aircraft plant dated C or D grade office.  

Bathtubs are for children primarily,only the bathrooms meant to be used by the children need tubs.The master bathroom needs a large shower with decorative tile and an excellent shower head and water pressure.Benches are unnecessary unless it is an extra large shower for two people to share if you know what I mean 😜😘😎

Those cities that did not correct more than 25% meant prices remained elevated and returns therefore muted.

So while that was great news for a 37 acre commercial parcel in Las Colinas, it meant practically nothing to the SFR market.Dallas and to some extent Houston have been recovering for different reasons.  

This meant they were THE source for house (not apartment) renters and they had a full pipeline of leads.
