Is KBS Lending putting you through the federal regulations on the refinance?

--for the record and having different licenses for over 20 years (including federal licenses for other ventures), state licenses not only for RE but other ventures I can proudly state not once have I ever had an issue, complaints, etc and I AM accountable for my actions!

I don't deal in government backed loans, but I thought - with one exception - that the home had to be on a permanent foundation and attached to the land with the land in the deal.
