Not meant to be harsh, meant to be real that most who think real estate is easy and money grows on trees who have never saved money should not be in this business.  

For example, my lease states “Tenant shall be charged for repair of drain blockages or stoppages, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines.”So, having not read your lease, we couldn’t say for certain who is responsible for the cost.

For instance, huskies can have a great temporment, but they are so active that they can really tear stuff (everything -- interior trim, cabinets, landscaping, trees, deck parts) up if they are not well trained.

@Allen WuTypically what I've seen in the aftermath of hurricanes, Irma being the most recent of note, is tree damage and pool cage and screen damage.

The work I need to do is a roof replacement, replace 3 out of the 4 AC units, replace all 4 water heaters, some electrical requiring, and some pretty substantial landscaping and hazard tree removal.

Lots of cars and houses destroyed by falling trees.
