I filed charges for criminal tresspassing then got a peace order. that essentially forces the police to enforce the order for 7 day and it's not only a requirement to stay away from me but my real property as well. i do you have to go to court next Tuesday but next Tuesday is a lot better than 60 to 90 days I'm hoping once I get the guy out there then the girl will just leave as well. also my insurance covers me because I filled charges. so I'm feeling a bit optimistic I know they will probably be some damage to my property but if I can get them out of the property and under 10 days then I consider this a win especially since this is my first time experiencing this.
