If I decide not to use an agent or Property Manager and self manage a house rental...Where is the best place to list and can anyone recomend a strategy to find potentail tenants?

I'm not interested in holding on to it my self, I'm still relatively new.

I’m curious about the new tax bill that is being passed right now and how it will effect tax strategies moving forward.I know that there are pros and cons to everything.

The intent was suicide and property damage was an effect of that.

And how will it effect New home buyers for multifamily properties and home buying and Sales in general ?

We don't feel like trying to self-manage as the board already takes on easily half of the work the property manager should be doing.

You could also call them if you can find their phone #, or even facebook them; if you feel like that strategy is effective.

I am self employed, but have a full time contract with a GC who also does 1-2 new construction homes a year and owns over 40 rental units.
