My questions don't really answer your questions...but, just what I was wondering after reading your post.And, yes, if you can just pay interest for money someone brings to the table for say, the down pmt....and perhaps the rehab money...It seems better to me to pay someone some interest or fees rather than partner and give them as much as half of the income/win-fall.
