When you take into account on the cars  NO oil Changes NO tune up  No brakes .. the only thing you do to it is window wiper fluid and tires .... the auto pilot is sheer genius.. espically in bumper to bumper traffic.. it will come to a complete stop.. you dial in 2 car lengths to the car in front of you sit back and drink your coffee.. much safer no chance of fender benders..

I understand that there is a thing called insurance which is supposed to cover you in case of a mishap on your property(ies) but that won't necessarily stop someone from going after your personal belongings/assets.

Having to give up the space of a house and get rid of some belongings we have that wouldn't fit in an apartment lifestyle.2.

Make sure you have a noise clause, party clause, and underage drinking clause with specified consequences. 3.

Something that says rental insurance for your personal belongings is highly encouraged but if you chose to forgo it all damages to the tenant's personal property will be at the tenants expense.
