We made sure we were walking distance from a great park with beautiful waterfront views, trails that end up at the river with a little sand beach, so my dog swims almost every day, and I don't feel so cramped, like that park is part of my backyard, too.

We actually had this happen this month, the Tenants dog required surgery in April and the Tenant dipped into their savings to cover the bill(s).

Buying rentals because the low prices and high rents make it a great place to own rentals right now.If you have more time that money being a bird dog - feeding leads to a more experienced investor or wholesaling is probably the best way to get started.
