I didn't read all of these posts but in general ANY part of a contract that is deemed VAGUE by a judge is generally held to be unenforceable in a court of law.So if you have poorly written verbage in a contract or nobody can understand what it means the provision is likely toast and will be stricken out.Instead of this:"KITCHEN FRIDGE WILL BE REPLACED WITH STAINLESS STEEL FRIDGE CURRENTLY IN BASEMENT"Something like this:Have a picture of the fridge in the basement attached to the contract as an exhibit with the serials and model numbers.Have another picture of the other fridge upstairs with numbers etc.Then be very descriptive about how and when and who's responsibility it will be to move the fridge to upstairs.

You can have a simple website (one page informational and get lots of traffic), but the more pages you have, if it is mobile friendly, if you are blogging, multiple forms of media, putting meta tags and alt descriptions, etc. all contribute to your Google ranking.

hang in there, its that time of the year, holiday and family gatherings/traveling/new years all play a major factor, especially in my area...you could try to market on Facebook marketplace or re-listing with new pictures and a different description on craigslist.

telling me that they have notes, but won't release any info on their notes without POF.I respond that I'm not sending POF to obtain a description of a note they're trying to sell, but would be glad to send POF at the time of an offer.To me, this guy sounds like an idiot.
