You really don't know what you have until you are well into the process.

I haven't done that as I'd rather get my client the best possible rate and make my money brokering real estate - but YMMV.

Understanding your long term goals is important in making a decision like this.

Hello all, I am in the process of purchasing a 2 family home using a DSCR loan.

They were charging another homes repairs to my home and wasn’t caught until I threatened legal action.I reached out to the new person who was managing my property to inquire about a lease renewal for my tenants and make it clear I needed to increase the rent to cover expense increases on the house.

I actually make my own greens smoothy / drink often but when I am on a writing heater and don’t want to pause, I grab some AG1.

@Karl Kauper going to guess your current PMC:1) Is having too many tenant nonpayment issues for your likingAnd/or2) Refusing to share their background checks with you, so you can make your own approval decisions to address #1 above.Several factors may be at play here that you may want to consider before being trigger-happy:1) For several legal and contractual reasons, it's pretty much NOT possible for a PMC to share background checks with an owner. 2) What Class of property do you own?

I am at the phase now where I need help/coaching analyzing deals to ensure the numbers make sense with decent ROI, CoCROI.

If you consider yourself a "qualified individual" to make such estimates - maybe.
