Hey @Christie Dietz, I've actually been surprised as of late with how many people are looking for turnkey properties for tax break purposes in my area (LV), and I've come across a lot of them on Craigslist and Facebook groups.I'm very active in both platforms, posting my deals and every so often, I get a high-income earner who is just looking for a turnkey property they can use to offset tax liability.I would recommend you join FB real estate groups in your area and start advertising your property.

Once they get over 700, they'll be able to get a decent rate and higher LTV on a DSCR loan (investment property only, not 2nd home).
