Security Deposit Trust Fund Accounts There is a lot of debate about whether or not a Security Deposit should be put into a separate bank account.Some States require you to deposit a Security Deposit into a Trust Fund Account, which of course would be separate from your personal and business bank accounts.

I definitely could have mistaken but I think questions about that could have lead to a lot more knowledge gain, healthy debate, and perhaps a different mindset.With all that being said, obviously you want to be courteous to your guests.
