Biggest challenge/reservation I've seen (from seller) "what if I want to buy another house in 2 years and my current mortgage is still outstanding on a house a don't own"....

Admittedly I’ve never worked a lease in your state… but damn I’d love to work with a company willing to give me perpetual increases that aren’t tied to their revenue.

If other 3/2 are going for 1500, they lost theirs at 1500 - damned if they have to either wait a month for their perfect tenant, or worse yet have to pick between a handful of not great prospects in order to fill a vacancy.

But the combined LTV was in the 35% range so my equity buffer protection was outstanding.

Damn good thing I am a bit of a paper hoarder and never did.

One thing to confirm before moving forward is if the new loan program allows you to have an outstanding "first time buyer" loan already.

I get emails if there is an outstanding balance or change over, but the PM handles everything.

You would have to ask for a recast, where they recalculate the payment based on the outstanding principal and remaining time on the loan.

I had the time on my hands though...I just kept thinking...If I can do a dissertation, these damn knobs aren't going to "win" over me.I think I paid 60 bucks total for all the handles
