By that time you get more than one of those, you're usually approaching the dollars to just do the central system.We haven't found the fit to justify using one, as most of our places aren't built like efficiencies or loft style.

I thought it was interesting how people decorated their places so much to their own taste and then drew a clientele that also liked that style.

From what you have shared, this doesn't really look like a mobile home park, rather a "hodge-podge" of different style rental units. 

If you haven’t worn clothes in six months get rid of them.
