I wanted to write this review because of the great work Jose did in installing our boiler at a fast(one day) reasonable rate($2600 for boiler, delivery, install, and haul away).Our 30 year old Utica steam boiler finally went last week, and I was searching Angie's list and craigslist for someone to replace it.I stumbled on Jose, who was offering a 5 year old Clean Burnham 175kBTU gas fired Steam Boiler for $1250.

Once you know the cause of the leak, you can address it: be it a new roof, or getting some roof vents installed/repaired, cleaning gutters, or removing access insulation that blocks airflow from your attic...if there is mold - call a company that will take care of it.

And of course solvents from cleaning up cars and parts.The problem is that with heavy ran, all those chemicals tend to rise up out of the water-soaked ground and run off into the area.As an aviation side note, it used to be common that small airplane pilots would use fuel testers on their gas tanks by sumping a little fuel from the wing tanks to check for water contamination.
