Catch-22 is you can't get under contract without reaching out to a HML in the first place and getting a POF.

According to my observation, for whatever reasons, the mortar between tiles was not used the right mixture installed …. in between the tiles, there is some mortar and sand above the connection between the tiles.It catches dirty easy.

Without this vapor barrier no dehumidifier will ever catch up.That is as far as I would go before pausing to re-assess in a month or so.

I think the banks would catch them through the credit inquiries way before agents would find out there were several agents working with the same client.
