That said, the DAY your seasoning comes due (6 months or a year depending on the bank) and the properties will qualify for line based on their own rental history, you need to get your butt in a chair at your local bank to refi those terms.

The space heaters (of course you could only plug one into one circuit) couldn't handle it.
