Any particular brands that work better or don't work?

I'm a brand new "Newbie", very interested in getting into real estate by introducing Buyers to Owners of FSBOs.

( $40MM [sales volume] x 1.5% [your commission] = $600k x 90% [your split with broker] = $540k [gross commission] - $40k [marketing & expenses] = $500k [total compensation for 80 list side sales] )You'd definitely be leaving a boatload of cash on the table going down to 5% or 4.5% and paying the buyer's agent 3% but I'd also look at it from a standpoint of building a great relationship with a developer, getting your own brand out there for future business and building a name for yourself, and generating referrals from the relationships you'll make via this particular venture.

I figured that would be the best way to learn the ins and outs of REI in Arizona since I’ll be brand new to the area, I’d be happy to hear any suggestions that anyone might have for me.

There are issues of false branding, so officials and medical experts must look even deeper into relationships, tough to make a call sometimes.

The plan is to install a 2nd bathroom upstairs, permit the entire addition, cosmetically upgrade the entire house**, and come out on the other side with a brand new 1,191sf 2/2 in a great neighborhood.
