Hello BP Community, My name is Mike and I live in the beach town of Encinitas, CA. 

I have done two modular school relcations (pre fabricated buiding renos) at pacific beach, it was GREAT!

I'd prefer Broward, but Palm Beach ok too.

I was just checking out the delinquent tax information for Virginia Beach and was wondering, has anyone on here frequented the tax auctions in the area?
