We don't have commute needs, and would just need good schools and places to take our baby to.

It is also very damaging to clothing and carpeting, the human body, and the environment.

Long-term outlook- Blame more rich, make more poor, consolidate capital with rich, fire, poop, sun, high taxes, bad schools, dodgers losing World Series, Giants winning World Series; Humm Baby!

We found out a year ago that we were having a baby and we were able to make a new opening in the first floor so that we could expand into it and use both floors for ourselves.

I have a new born baby and I am thinking about renting out my condo and househack in Lynnwood, Bothell, or Kirkland area for my family's safety/school district reasons. 

Everytime I get close to a good wholesale deal something kinda big happens in my life, like a new baby, and I lose the time and motivation to pursue it.

We're expecting in December so we stepped off the gas until our baby is born.

On the other hand, if you skip and Houston land moves like 1 year walking baby, fast and settles.

I also find that I limit the number of occupants to one more than the number of bedrooms, regardless of age (so normally two adults for one room and one child/baby for each additional bedroom).  

Can your current home be rearranged in a way that you could be more seperated once the baby arrives?
