Dear all,Without analysis and just hear say from client and networking events, I have not met anyone who made more money in vaccation rentals / air bnb than by simply renting by the year. 

I know firsthand how tough it can be fighting for a computer if you're using the mwr tent, hopefully you've got some Air Force guys taking care of you...they were always the best facilities, lol.I'd recommend you find one or 2 areas to research, you can even start networking/building connections while you're there, and hit the ground running when you return.  

They also might give free advice over the phone on what local requirements are without bringing on additional pressure from a fire marshall.

You need an air breathing source to use it.

Well here is my lesson learned.When you are buying a house that has a pressure factor associated with it, like size for example, be on the lookout for deal breakers.  

They also are air conditioning, which may all ow you to raise your rent a bit.
